About the Role

Responsibilities

  • support performance and results of the Workday Systems team, providing day‑to‑day support for the delivery of Workday configurations, system support, testing, troubleshooting and vendor support as required
  • create new functionality and enhancements that impact the entire organization
  • act as a Workday subject‑matter expert for Human Capital Management (HCM) and security modules, with hands‑on knowledge of Core HCM, Security & Benefits, and working knowledge of recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, talent, time tracking, absence management and help desks
