+ Lead and optimize 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse operations supporting capital equipment manufacturing site: raw material and finished goods.
+ Own end-to-end warehouse execution: inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
+ Drive operational excellence, space optimization, and cost efficiency across a high-value capital distribution environment.
+ Act as a key leader in scaling operations, improving throughput, and preparing the business for performance expectations.
+ Lead a team of ~20 employees across warehouse operations.
