Position Summary
The Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations that contribute to an exceptional dining experience. With a strong background in both front and back‑of‑house restaurant functions, this role requires a hands‑on approach to guest engagement, team coordination, and operational oversight. The Manager is committed to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a high‑performance environment. This position reports to the General Manager, with directions and instructions from Senior Management and the Owners at times.
