Position: Manager - Legal and Compliance, US

Location: Mumbai (Malad W)

Shift Timings - 12 pm - 9pm

Role Overview- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, legal advisory, and policy governance for our US operations. This role will ensure adherence to applicable US laws and regulations while supporting business functions through effective legal guidance and risk mitigation.

Roles and Responsibilities.

1. Regulatory Compliance (US)

• Stay updated with applicable US federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, manuals, and training initiatives
