Our client is looking for a Manager, Trade Operations for a 6 month contract.

Location: 5 days in office, downtown Toronto

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day trade operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes.
• Oversee bank wire processing, treasury transactions, cash movements, and payment operations.
• Manage bank portals, SWIFT connectivity, custodian relationships, and investment account administration.
• Supervise the Trade Operations team while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Resolve trade exceptions and support derivative, collateral, and corporate action activities.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless operational support.
