Manager - Supply Chain Management (Packaging Development Management)

Job Purpose

• Lead and manage all packaging development for the company's products, fulfilling the customer requirements.
• Leading the team to achieve shorter lead time, high accuracy and cost effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative packaging solutions based on customer requirements, cost, product safety, and branding.
2. Create prototypes, conduct drop tests, and perform product packing evaluations for customer and management review.
3. Provide technical and managerial packaging guidance, recommending suitable artwork, materials, and dimensions.
4. Establish packaging quality standards and oversee all packaging development, including design specifications and board materials.
5. Perform first preprint labeling verification to confirm labeling accuracy before mass production.
