Job Overview

BDO Canada is hiring a Strategic Operations Manager to support the Tax Senior Leadership Team. The role is approximately 13 months plus two weeks and reports directly to the Director of Operations and Tax Service Line Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, and Tax Senior Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
• Implement and coordinate national projects, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.
• Assist leadership with strategic planning, execution tracking, and organizational alignment.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities requiring escalation.
