Drive sourcing and procurement activities for all components and high lead-time parts to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency. Monitor and optimize supplier Schedule performance, focusing on OTIF, VMI, lead times, and SCM Initivatives. Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels with engagement of sales & planning teams. Introduce Lean methodologies and best practices for supply chain optimization with competitive edge.
