Manager, Software Engineering (Hands-On | Cloud SaaS | AI-Driven Development)

Job Details

Lead and develop a team of 10–15 engineers spanning full‑stack, backend, and DevOps. Own technical direction, architecture, and delivery of a modern SaaS platform. Drive code quality, design reviews, and engineering standards. Partner closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams. Manage full team lifecycle: hiring, performance, growth, and retention. Balance feature delivery, scalability, and technical debt. Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) across code generation, testing, documentation, and define best practices for secure and responsible AI usage. Measure impact on velocity, quality, and developer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years managing teams of 8+ engineers.
• Proven experience as a hands‑on technical leader.
