About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities: The Site Manager / Site In Charge is responsible for the complete execution, management, and administration of Electrical and C&I EPC project activities at the site. The role includes planning, coordination, installation supervision, testing and commissioning, quality and safety compliance, and ensuring delivery as per project specifications and timelines. The position requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, C&I instruments, PLC/DCS systems, EPC processes, documentation, and customer coordination.Installation supervision for HT/LT panels, Power/distribution trafo, MV/LV capacitors, power/control cables,switchyard, electrical PDB's,& all electrical systems required in power distribution of plant.
