Manager / Senior Manager – Org Excellence

Job Description

As part of the Org Excellence function, you will work on a broad range of strategy and delivery operations projects, driving process innovation and productivity across the company.More specifically, you will:

Work with Executive leadership to evaluate problems and conceptualize projects/initiatives. The problems will typically be in the area of the delivery process and quality improvement, BU maturity, operational streamlining, capability development, and other cross-functional initiatives

Conduct pilots/experiments and drive adoption of successful ones across the company

Apply Design Thinking principles to process design

Define relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain them

Perform regular analysis and generate insights for senior stakeholders
