The role leads the implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality Management System (QMS), directs the ISO 9001 program, and promotes a strong culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System compliant with the latest ISO 9001, TL 9000 standard and ensure continuous certification.
• Continuously review quality systems and procedures to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision making, prevention, and continuous improvement across the site.
