Manager, Project Development (ESG)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Implement and oversee the application of the Group’s ESG framework and roadmap across projects within the Philippines country portfolio. Integrate ESG considerations into project development, construction, and operations in line with Group ESG policies and standards.
• Promote ESG awareness and accountability across project teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with country requirements while supporting alignment with the Group’s ESG policies and standards.
• Environmental & Social Performance: Ensure compliance with Vena Group’s ESG policies and alignment with global ESG frameworks including IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles. Coordinate and support delivery of ESIA, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, and social safeguards processes in collaboration with project teams and external consultants.
