**Role Purpose**
Deliver benefit to IHG through optimising supplier relationships and commercial deals
**Key** **Accountabilities**
+ Drive Hotel Engagement and supportkey Hotel Procurement Regional initiative in Americas
+ Set up hotel procurementclustersacrossall local Hotels
+ From theCategory Group Plan developcategoryplansforall Hotel categories at L2 & L3
+ Build a deepunderstandingofsupplymarkets and theimplicationsfor IHG and all Local Hotels
+ Develop and execute a pipeline ofprojectsto drive TCO, innovation, continuousimprovement and costbenefitsto IHG and Owners
+ Successfulexecutionofsourcing, demandmanagement and continuousimprovementprojectstodeliverbusinessobjectives
+ ProvidecommercialchallengetobusinessstakeholdersespeciallyHotels and typically up to GM and Head ofDepartmentlevel
+ Develop and managesuccessfulsupplierrelationshipmanagementplans and monitor supplier performance
