Your mission
• You ensure that the right products are available at the right time.
• You manage demand and supply planning in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• You develop purchasing and procurement strategies focused on growth and security of supply.
• You conduct price negotiations and build strong supplier relationships.
• You continuously optimize processes, data quality, and ERP structures.
• You support product launches, audits, and strategic projects.
Your profile
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or demand planning
• Degree in Business Administration
• German and English at a business-fluent level
• Excellent ERP and Excel skills (Navision experience an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
