Position Overview Customer Solutions role supporting BMO new broker channel related policy initiatives, including policy clarification, strategic initiatives, process & change management, and reporting for senior management.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day vendor management to clarify policy discrepancies, investigate transactions and ensure vendor compliance with BMO Policy.

Support strategic initiatives through competitive analysis, research, and policy & risk proposals to keep broker channel policy competitive.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to complete policy changes, communications, and updates for both lender policy and handbook, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.

Support senior manager with weekly and monthly policy‑related reporting; data‑driven mindset appreciated.
