Manager, People Insights

Overview

We are looking for a Manager, People Insights to join the Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation (E&T) team at KONE. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape our People Analytics insight capability from the ground up, shifting from reporting to impactful insights that directly influence business decisions and transformation. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, People & Communications (P&C) and strategy, acting as a thought partner to senior stakeholders and a driver of insight-led decision-making.
