Lead. Scale. Get it right. Our Octave Finance team is looking for Manager, Payroll & Commission - APAC. You’ll own payroll and sales commission operations across APAC, end to end. That means accuracy, compliance, and control – done consistently across countries and aligned with global finance standards. You’ll look beyond processing and take the driver’s seat on frameworks, governance, and smarter ways of working, partnering closely with HR, Sales Ops, and Finance. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll run a lean regional team, stay close to the details, and build processes that stand up to audits and scale with the business. You can be based in Australia, Singapore, or Malaysia.
