Position: Manager Operations
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi (requires travelling)
Reports to: CEO
Team Size: 10 direct reports & 50 indirect reports
Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading terminal operations, including Terminal Operations, CCR, and Q&Q functions, to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch of petroleum products. The role drives operational excellence, inventory integrity, resource optimization, customer service, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to HSSEQ and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall terminal operations including receipt, storage, transfer, and dispatch of petroleum products.
- Supervise Terminal Operations, CCR (Control Room), and Q&Q (Inventory Control) functions.
