We’re looking for an experienced, dependable leader who’s ready to take ownership of daily operations and help grow a team that takes pride in serving our community. As a Manager, you’ll ensure that our guests enjoy a consistently excellent experience — while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.
As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Managing inventory and money control systems
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
- Recruiting staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
