What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
  Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical analytics professionals (data analysts, BI developers, data scientists and/or data engineers), creating clarity around priorities and expectations. Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team culture that balances speed, quality, and innovation. Remove blockers, set direction, and keep the team focused on delivering value.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
  Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals, constraints, and outcomes. Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges, and clearly communicate progress, risks, trade‑offs, and decisions in a concise and compelling way.
