Preferred knowledge areas:• Strong knowledge of gear manufacturing, Casting/ Forging machining, grinding, measurement & quality controls• Strong working knowledge of Axle Assemblies, Differentials, TVD, Ca• Understanding of heat treatment, distortion & dimensional stability impact• Expertise in axle assembly processes, Torque chart with troubleshooting capability, Field concern diagnosis on Vehicle level Assy• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, ISO /IATF , TPM, 5S, Lean (with implementation experience).
