About the Role
As Manager of the Member Education Consultant (MEC) team, you will play a dual role: leading a subset of communication consultants while managing your own portfolio of large national clients.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on client engagement and team development. You will shape the member experience for some of Canada’s most significant retirement plans while coaching a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional education and communication strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Education, you will be a key leader in shaping the member experience and driving plan engagement. By combining hands‑on client management with team leadership, you will amplify the impact of education strategies across multiple clients. Your ability to coach, influence, and deliver measurable outcomes will strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
