About the Role
JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate and work together with a team to study and optimize building services design and energy performance.
- Review and study the building services design and system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the design and energy reduction.
- Conduct thorough site survey (able to clim to roof, scaffold, stairs etc.) to understand the building services design/provisions and performance, able to analyse existing or improved building services solutions for operational feasibility.
- Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline and budget.
- Knowledge & Experience in Green Mark Certification and Application, familiar with current relevant authorities' requirements and submission procedures will be advantageous.
- Assist in managing, planning and coordinating building services engineering works to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
