The position is full‑time, hybrid, with moderate travel.
What You’ll Do at Fiskars
- Lead supplier technical validation and develop a strong global supplier network.
- Lead and develop Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design to Cost (DtC) capabilities in new product development projects.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) projects for critical product launches.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including external partners, supply chain, product function, and factories.
- Support make-or-buy decisions based on business and technical requirements.
