Lead the overall performance of the maintenance base, ensuring objectives related to safety, quality, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Ensure all aircraft maintenance activities are performed in compliance with CARs, Transport Canada regulations, approved maintenance programs, and company procedures. Maintain efficient, well-documented maintenance processes and ensure adherence across all personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance projects, providing clear communication, progress tracking, escalation, and customer updates as required.
