Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure smooth facility and equipment operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC systems, compressors, fire alarm systems, and control systems.
• Supervise and control maintenance tools, spare parts, stores, and technical equipment inventory.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and energy consumption, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Implement and improve workplace health, safety, and environmental policies within the facility.
• Remain available for 24/7 standby duties and emergency maintenance support when required.
