Manager, M&A and Corporate Development

Build a climate-positive future with us. We are now looking for a Manager, M&A and Corporate Development to play a key role in driving Nevel’s growth and long-term value creation. In this role, you will work at the heart of Nevel’s strategic agenda, executing acquisitions and contributing to broader corporate development initiatives in a private‑equity‑owned environment.

You will join a small, highly hands‑on M&A team and work closely with the Director, M&A & Corporate Development, with strong exposure to Nevel’s Management Team, Board and owners.

• Sourcing, screening and evaluating acquisition opportunities in line with Nevel’s strategy and Board‑approved mandates
