About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
Lead laboratory performance management through structured KPI tracking and dashboard reporting.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
Drive RCA for performance gaps and quality deviations.
Develop and maintain performance databases to enable data-backed decision-making.
Improve lab turnaround times, accuracy and process reliability.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Prepare strategic performance reports.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Textile/Chemical Engineering or a related field.
6 - 10 years of experience in performance management, quality systems, or operational excellence.
Hands-on experience in performance tracking and reporting systems.
Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) and additional Lean /Operational Excellence certifications are preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
