Job responsibilities:

 Maintaining discipline on the shopfloor to prevent potential labour unrest viz, strikes, lockouts, etc.

Negotiating Service Conditions for the Long-Term settlement

Ensuring that agreed-upon norms and standing orders are adhered to

Liaising with Govt officials related to Labor Laws

Ensuring appropriate Compliances are filed as per Government mandate

Coaching business leaders on overall understanding of labor compliance and changes and execute these from business perspective.
