Manager, Innovation Technical Analyst

Overview

The Manager, Innovation Operations works in RBC’s enterprise Innovation team’s delivery function within Technology & Operations. This team is responsible for taking emerging technologies from discovery to scaled, secure, production‑grade capabilities. The role works closely with all Innovation team roles—including delivery, engineering, and strategy—to ensure the team operates efficiently through proactive asset management, risk remediation, and documentation stewardship.

What will you do?

• Operate as the custodian/owner for Innovation assets and applications
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices, enterprise standards, and procedures to simplify and enhance operations
• Manage technology and non‑technology risks associated with Innovation’s assets
• Drive technology infrastructure currency—rotating certs, keys, vault management, pod updates, etc.
