Union Properties is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Dubai experience is a MUST
- Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
- Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)
- Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities
