Manager (Infrastructure and Access Management)

This role is responsible for formulating regulatory and operational policies, and processes relating to telcos’ use of space and land to provide telecom services. It includes long‑term planning for developments to cater for relevant infrastructure upfront, establishing clear rules of engagement for access by telcos, and establishing the roles and responsibilities between development owners vis‑à‑vis telcos. These cover both public and private land/development owners and support IMDA’s vision of building a vibrant, world‑class info‑communications sector that drives the Digital Economy.
