- Lead planning, upgrades, and implementation of clinical IT systems in coordination with users and vendors.
- Manage annual IT workplans, procurement processes, and project execution.
- Oversee informatics-related initiatives for new campus development and ongoing systems support.
- Act as Credential Trainer and provide onboarding for clinical system users.
- Review and manage system change requests, troubleshoot issues, and implement configuration changes.
- Ensure secure and seamless integration across internal and external systems.
- Drive system enhancements, including cloud adoption and workflow automation.
