Integrations are a crucial component of the Service Management product suite, providing a gateway for Datadog customers to access Datadog and achieve their workflows through third party tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. These apps act as another client for Datadog, supporting an increasing range of actions, operations, and workflows that enable users to interact with Datadog outside of the web app and integrate Datadog into their existing collaboration workflow.
The Chat Integrations team is responsible for the front end components and backend infrastructure that power these integrations, the apps in the chat platforms themselves, and the product partnerships that use them.
