About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Head Count Addition and Deletion in SAP / SF

  • End to end processing of payroll in SAP

  • Providing relevant data to internal Auditors, External Auditors, Customer Auditors.

  • Statutory Audits and closing of Audit points.

  • Periodical Validation of Actuarial Valuation (Leaves, Gratuity, Wages)

  • Generate payroll reports

  • Reconciliation of payroll reports.

  • Ensuring compliances under various acts.

  • Contract Labour Management

  • Effectively delivered the payroll results within the frame time for 2000 employees (Piston, Ring, FMTPR)

  • Periodically review of employee’s master data and Increments, Promotions, DA

  • Revisions and MID year Corrections as per the approvals.

  • Years Leave Calculation and as per grade and Policy

  • Ensuring all variable allowances are incorporated in payroll as per NEW LTS and Policy...
