knowledge with your team. You're always on the store floor, closely
monitoring the quality of all fresh products, ensuring customers
find high-quality products in clean sections every
day.

But it doesn't stop there. As a Manager
Fresh, you're also responsible for leading your team, ensuring
everyone operates like a well-oiled machine. Hiring new talent and
conducting performance reviews are also part of your
responsibilities. You're known for striking the right balance
between hard work, enjoying the job, and fostering a high level of
involvement in the department. Together, you manage to achieve this
