• Lead and oversee forensic delay analysis, quantum analysis, productivity analysis and insurance loss quantification on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Plan and manage project controls, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and loss quantification.
• Assist in cost estimation and cost planning from design documents.
