In this full-time role, you will oversee the management of housekeeping, laundry, and food services while collaborating with the Administrator. Your work will center on improving service quality, supervising a dedicated team, and liaising with residents and families to ensure their needs are met. Financial management and adherence to industry standards will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize support services for residents
• Supervise and evaluate support staff performance
• Ensure food services meet legislative requirements
• Maintain compliance with Public Health and safety practices
• Participate in budgeting and manage departmental costs
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Management Program preferred
• Experience in a unionized environment
