Your role at Baxter

To supervise, coordinate, and administer the facilities department, responsible for construction, alteration, upkeep, and repair of the plant and related equipment. Additionally functions as the property security and janitorial maintenance officer.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and directing the implementation of modification and maintenance programs for facilities and related equipment.
• Meeting with external customers, representatives of other companies, and suppliers, in coordination with procurement functions, to evaluate alternatives. Recommending or arranging for outside development work.
• Managing energy systems at the Facility.
• Participating in project planning and directing projects or segments of larger projects to include scheduling, monitoring costs, resources, workforce loading, etc. You may give technical direction to engineers, technical contributors, technicians, designers, drafters, mode...
