Manager Executive Compensation

CGI’s Total Compensation Center of Expertise is looking for a Manager Executive Compensation to join the global compensation team. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team that contributes to the deployment and evolution of the programs supporting CGI’s entrepreneurial culture. This position reports to the Director Global Total Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine executive compensation programs.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure compensation programs align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee on program design, pay levels, and policy updates.
• Manage Board Member and Executive compensation cycle.
• Support the team with ownership programs (share purchase plan, long‑term incentive).
