Manager Design & Construction

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Manager, Design & Construction is responsible from project initiation through closeout, including the development, management of projects scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and pricing strategies, EHS, QA/QC, project controls, change management and commissioning, ensure that projects are always in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to standard operating procedures. Projects are muti-disciplinary including but not limited to civil, architectural, mechanical, process, electrical, IT and I/C. The incumbent plans project resources, provides direction to the project teams. In this role the incumbent will manage a team of General Contractors and work closely with the Design, Operations, Real Estate, Legal, IT, Finance, Facilities and Business Development teams.
