About the Role
- Secretarial compliance works and support services to PLUS Malaysia Berhad Group of companies
(PMB Group) and provide advice on all matters relating to company secretarial practice. - Communications, correspondence and act as a bridge between the Company, Board, Management
and Shareholders by attending to shareholders' queries. - Review notices and resolutions, compilation of papers and provide administrative and support services in convening Board Meetings & Board Committee Meetings of PMB Group and affiliates and/or such other companies as directed by superior.
- Attendance, preparation and review of minutes of meetings of Board of Directors,
Shareholders, Board Committees & Senior Management Committee. - Maintenance of statutory books, records and files and ensure compliance with
