Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance across all compensation cycles
Manage budget tracking, payout calculations, and quality assurance checks
Produce and interpret cycle insights (e.g., distribution, differentiation, spend) to support HR and business discussions Own the delivery of job evaluation and grading processes in line with global frameworks (e.g., WTW)
