Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities: Build and deepen relationships with Japanese individuals and corporates based in Singapore and the surrounding region, and refer them to Phillip Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. across retail, wealth management, and institutional segments. Provide advisory and product solutions to clients, including Japanese and global equities, as well as managed account services. Promote the conversion of Japan Desk clients into Accredited Investors, enabling access to a broader range of investment products such as private placements, bonds, ETFs, and private equity. Work closely with Phillip Securities Japan to drive business expansion while ensuring strong coordination across both entities. Collaborate with PhillipCapital group companies, overseas offices, and external partners to develop and deliver new business initiatives and services.
