About the Role
- Support HR Business Partners in manpower planning and workforce initiatives across the organisation
- Work closely with division leaders to understand hiring needs and provide practical HR support and solutions
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including talent sourcing, interview arrangements, candidate engagement, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely HR support on staff matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Support HR projects, process reviews, and administrative duties as assigned
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties
