Manager, Agency Planning & Performance

To support Agency Division by driving deliverables related to Business Planning, Performance Management and Management Reporting with active involvement in planning, formulation, implementation, communication and assessment of action plans result.

Analytics & Planning

• Handle analytical planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
• Assist and work closely with management on business reviews and periodic reports. Identify opportunities and areas of improvement for future strategic planning and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely provision of analyses, reports and presentations of management reporting, e.g. Monthly SMT meetings, Business Planning monitoring reports, etc.
• Provide regular insights and highlights sales trends to support agency performance management.
