About the Role
As the Manager Accounts, you will be responsible for the overall management of our accounting department. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and oversee the preparation of financial statements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can improve processes, ensure compliance, and support the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
