The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Account Development, you will lead and scale our EMEA Account Development team, driving the EMEA revenue engine.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Development: lead hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high‑potential ADRs, coaching and building team culture.
  • Performance Coaching: conduct regular 1‑1s, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure each ADR meets and exceeds quotas.
  • Execute the GTM Strategy: implement and refine the account development strategy for the EMEA market across the top and middle of the funnel.
