About the Role

  • Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
  • Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
  • Handle guest feedback
  • Ensure guests' needs and expectations are met by providing an e!cient and professional services.
  • Attend to guests' needs and complaints promptly and politely.
  • Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP are applied on daily basis
